Bringing more joy to dementia care
We’ve got some exciting news to share! The Together Project is officially partnering with the National Dementia Care Accreditation Scheme (NaDCAS) – and we’re thrilled to be their first-ever partnership. This collaboration will help us bring even more joy, connection and meaningful moments to people living with dementia in care homes across the UK.

Making mental health matter:
On Friday, 31st January 2025, Haringey will come alive with joy and connection as we celebrate Great Mental Health Day, a borough-wide initiative promoting wellbeing and community.
