Partnerships and Collaborations

We join forces with other organisations committed to social change, using our collective experience and enthusiasm to reach more communities.

We’re really excited to be collaborating with The Together Project on an upcoming initiative that has the potential to improve the mental health of hundreds of new parents.

Training and Consultancy

We use our expertise and deep understanding of our cause to upskill and empower others to deliver social change in their own communities. Such as Melbourne-based charity Big Little Buddies Inc., for whom we provided consultancy services to help develop their operational model.

Founder Monique said, "Working with The Together Project has been hands-down the best thing I have done to improve and grow my not-for-profit. They are extremely knowledgeable, open with their experiences and learnings and answered everything I threw at them and much more."

Hallmark Care Homes have enjoyed a strong partnership with The Together Project since 2018. They formulated a bespoke training programme for our Lifestyles teams, equipping them with the skills, knowledge and tools to confidently deliver intergenerational sessions that have had a profoundly positive effect on our residents.

I would like to thank you very much for chairing The Wellbeing in the Voluntary Sector Conference 2023. You were brilliant and we would love to have you back! Your address was well received by the delegates and the conference has already received some great feedback.
