The Together Project Wins Best Partnership Award

We are over the moon (can you tell?) to share some incredible news with you – The Together Project has won the Best Partnership Award at The Senior Housing Awards! This recognition is a testament to the power of our joyful intergenerational initiatives, and it wouldn’t have been possible without your ongoing support.

Our Songs & Smiles programme, which brings together children aged 0-4, their grownups, and older people in care homes/retirement settings was at the heart of this award. This win celebrates the wonderful connections and friendships that have been made across generations. It’s not just about the music or play – it’s about the bonds we build, the smiles we share, and the joy that radiates in every session.

We were honored to have Mohammad Khan, the manager at Esther Randall Court (one of Riverside/One Housing’s retirement housing schemes), join us on stage to accept the award. Esther Randall Court has been a shining example of the magic that happens when senior housing schemes partner with us. The residents there have experienced increased wellbeing, while the families involved have made priceless memories.
