Nisha Goyal
Nisha Goyal is the co-founder of Principle Care Homes, a next-generation care home provider dedicated to redefining later-life living through exceptional care, beautifully designed environments, and meaningful human connections. Having grown up immersed in a family business with a long history in the care sector, Nisha developed an early understanding of the importance of compassionate, person-centred care. This experience inspired her to help build Principle Care Homes around a simple but powerful purpose: to make people feel special every day.
Having witnessed the beautiful interactions at Songs and Smiles sessions and first hand seen the positive impact this had for her residents, Nisha was excited to join as a trustee and bring a care home operator perspective.
