Nadja Ranes
Nadja’s journey with The Together Project began in 2022, drawn to the charity’s vision of a more connected, compassionate society. Her career has always centred around community and belonging, from founding a Swedish language school in 2014 that brought people together through culture and communication, to leading operations for another charity where she discovered her love of projects that create meaningful, measurable impact.
Inspired by The Together Project’s mission of community togetherness, Nadja joined the team with a passion for innovation and a natural talent for improving systems, strengthening programmes and supporting growth.
As Head of Programmes, she leads the development of our intergenerational work across the UK, ensuring every project is joyful, inclusive and grounded in what makes real difference to children, families and older people.
