Kelly Keating
Kelly is Head of People and Culture at Passenger Clothing and runs her own Coaching practice.
She has held leadership roles in change and business transformation across corporate and not for profit sectors over the last 15 years.
Whilst on maternity leave 8 years ago, she founded an intergenerational singing and storytelling group at a local care home with the aim of reducing social isolation. Experiencing firsthand the mutual benefits of this activity inspired her to join The Together Project’s board.
