Kelly Keating
Kelly is Chair of Trustees at The Together Project and an executive coach, facilitator and transformation consultant.
She brings over 30 years' experience helping organisations create positive change across the corporate, charity and public sectors, having held senior roles with organisations including J.P. Morgan, RNLI and Passenger Clothing.
Alongside her coaching practice, Kelly facilitates peer groups for Business Leader and is the founder of Wild & Wiser, a community and festival encouraging women to reconnect with themselves, each other and nature.
Kelly is passionate about tackling loneliness and creating opportunities for meaningful intergenerational connection. Kelly joined the Together Project after being inspired by them when she was on maternity leave with her son and founded an intergenerational singing and storytelling group at a local care home with the aim of reducing social isolation. She believes that simple acts of creativity, conversation and shared experiences can strengthen communities and help people of all ages feel seen, valued and connected.
