#TeamHARIBO go the extra mile to spread intergenerational joy

At The Together Project, we believe that joyful connections have the power to change lives, and thanks to our incredible partners at HARIBO, that joy is reaching even more communities across the UK.

This summer, #TeamHARIBO took on the York 2025 Arla Protein 10K, running through the city streets to raise funds for our life changing work. It was all part of HARIBO’s brilliant colleauge engagement programme – combining team spirit, wellbeing, and community impact. The event was beautifully captured in The York Press by Kevin Shoesmith read the article here (See photo below on the left - photo credit Kevin Shoesmith, The York Press).

All funds raised by the team are in addition to HARIBO’s generous support of our work. Through their partnership, we’re delivering a full year of Songs & Smiles sessions in six care homes across West Yorkshire. Together we’re bringing little ones, their grownups and older people living in care homes together to sing, laugh and connect.

This isn’t the first time the HARIBO team has bounced into action for us! Earlier in the year, they tackled an inflatable obstacle course to support our work (See photo above on the right). Whether running or bouncing, their enthusiasm and commitment to spreading joy continues to inspire us.

We’re so grateful to everyone at HARIBO UK who ran, fundraised or cheered from the sidelines. You’re helping create magical moments and lasting friendships across generations. #TeamHARIBO
